We bought our first boxer puppy after we met our brother and sister-in-laws boxer, Gabbi. We fell in love with her and just had to have one. We were looking for a therapy dog for our residents. Our first boxer was a flashy brindle male named Preacher Amos Obadiah. What a joy he is.
We care for disabled adults who cannot care for themselves, one day I noticed how Amos was very gentle with them and could tell when they were not feeling well. He loves to go in with me when I wake them in the morning, putting his head on their bed until they wake up and then he quietly leaves the room with me. So I decided to get another boxer puppy and was looking for a plain fawn, we found Mocha Mia. The week before we went to pick her up one of my fella's decided he liked another pup and we ended up taking two puppies home. The second one was Devon's Grace, she was a plain reverse brindle. We were in love with the breed and decided we would breed boxers as therapy dogs.
Well that started our wonderful and delightful journey into raising boxer dogs. No regrets!
We have learned much over the passing of time and have had some wonderful mentors who lovingly guided us and helped us develop a breeding program that enhances the bred, focusing on great temperaments, good health, longevity, and a dog perfectly fitted for the home or the show ring.
Please enjoy looking at our site and I hope you will feel welcome and enjoy the experience!
